All adult women members of First Lutheran Church are automatically members of Women of First (WOF). The WOF does not hold regular meetings and is led by an executive committee.
Some of the committees within the WOF are: altar flowers, baptismal towels, kitchen, library, quilting, serving groups and the take-out lunch.
Serving groups are called upon throughout the year to serve different events in the church, primarily funerals.

QUILTING
The Quilting group meets the third Monday of each month at 9:30 am at First Lutheran Church. Bring a sack lunch and join in the fun. There is work for anyone regardless of experience.

All women members of Pleasant Valley Church are invited to participate in PVW. Meetings are held every other month. Check church calendar for dates. All women are also welcome to join the Pleasant Valley Charities Circle. Please contact Julie Hagen (448-5377) for more information.

Men of First is a men’s group for all male members of First Lutheran. They take on various projects such as supporting youth activities and raising funds for various projects in the church and outside missions. The annual fundraiser of a pancake brunch is held on Palm Sunday. A few times a year the group meets for a meal and a Bible study. MOF assemble treat sacks to give to the Sunday School kids for Christmas. 

One Time Bible Study evenings are held a few times a year. Each study is just one evening and is centered on a theme chosen by and led by the ministers. Watch the church calendar and bulletins for times and dates.
